Allow me to introduce myself;   I am Dawn Fleet the Head of School at Ware Academy.

     Ware Academy’s primary objective is to educate the whole child to his or her fullest potential, allowing a student to acquire a respect and a desire for learning.  When my husband and I were looking for a school for our son, we chose Ware Academy because of this philosophy, its strong academic reputation and a close familial atmosphere.  We wanted our son to be a member of this healthy learning environment.  Our son, Hill, attended Ware Academy as a four year old until he graduated from the eighth grade.  Not only did Hill receive an exemplary education, but he also received the skills necessary to be a positive and successful member of any community.  When he left Ware he possessed a strong sense of self, and today he continues to be a confident young man.  Hill attended Woodberry Forest for high school and has recently graduated from the University of Richmond, with a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance.  He is currently working in New York City as a Financial Analyst.  My husband and I attribute his continued success in school and his career to the strong academic foundation and personal skills he acquired at Ware Academy.
